Printing an Item Across Multiple Pages

This checkbox option is found on the Item Printouts tab of Preferences dialog. If selected, a single lexical item is allowed to printed across 2 pages. That is, if all the information about a lexical item cannot fit within the remaining space on the page then the some of the information will be printed on this page and some will be printed on the next. If this option is left unselected then a page break will be inserted when the remaining page space is insufficient. This ensures that a lexical item in its entirety will be contained on one printed page (with other items if space permits) as long as the item doesn't have data that fills more than 1 page.
