Hello,
I have just purchased the software for the second time as I have purchased another pc and I needed another license key, because the one I have on the other pc doesn’t work in the new one. However, after purchasing the license key, the program states the code is invalid. Please note I used the same email address for both of the two purchases I did. I first purchased PL in 2012 I guess.
I sent an email to the support but received no reply. What can I do? thank you.
Fulvio, I just sent you a newly generated license key.
